This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.\nSenior People Technology Analysts at Collibra are responsible for\nBuilding and maintaining Workato-based automations, and prototyping agentic workflows using tools like Claude, that connect Workday, an applicant tracking system, and other People Technology systems\nOwning day-to-day configuration and integration upkeep of Workday's core HCM modules: Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits\nManaging the full lifecycle of security access requests and business process configuration to keep data protected without slowing the business down\nDeveloping Workday reports that give stakeholders data they can act on and trust\nTesting and deploying new Workday functionality and semi-annual releases, flagging issues early\nYou have\nHands-on Workday configuration and integrations experience, including administering Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, or Benefits\nExperience with an iPaaS/automation tool such as Workato is a plus\nExperience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse or similar) is a plus\nDemonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows\nA bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required\nYou are\nComfortable managing Workday security, reporting, and complex business process configuration end to end\nA clear communicator who can translate technical system changes for stakeholders across the business\nExcited to build with tools like Claude and Workato, and to look for opportunities to improve processes beyond Workday HCM\nComfortable stepping into a fixed-term engagement with a clear scope and timeline\nSelf-directed and comfortable building strong working relationships remotely\nMeasures of success\nWithin your first month, you will get up to speed on our Workday configuration and Workato/automation environment, shadow existing processes, and build working relationships with the People Technology team\nWithin your third month, you will independently handle day-to-day configuration, testing, and support requests across all four modules, and have shipped your first Workato automation or agentic workflow prototype\nWithin your sixth month, you will have taken on full ownership of that module scope with no gaps in support, and delivered at least one automation or process improvement that reaches beyond Workday HCM into another People Operations area\nCompensation for this role\nThe standard base salary range for this position is 128,000.00 PLN - 160,000.00 PLN per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation.
