You’ll combine sharp design instincts with strategic thinking, and you’ll bring a curiosity for how AI tools can enhance creative workflows, spark fresh ideas, and help produce standout work faster.\nWhat You Bring\nAt least 4-6 years experience in an agency or similar creative environment. Familiar with fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities\nSkilled at concepting and executing across multiple mediums and platforms (social, digital, video, web, print)\nProven ability to create social-first, performance campaigns that grab attention and inspire action in a crowded feed\nProficiency in Figma and expert-level skill in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere/After Effects a plus)\nStrong taste and a good eye for copy and visual storytelling\nAre fluent in translating brand guidelines into clear, engaging creative across channels\nCuriosity about emerging tools - including AI - and how they can support ideation, design, and production\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion\nCritical thinker & proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and turns insights into clear creative choices.\nCollaborative spirit and comfortable with feedback-co-creates smoothly, asks sharp questions, and iterates quickly.\nExperience and interest in motion design is a huge plus!\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop original concepts and designs for digital campaigns (paid social, display, digital video, email, landing pages)\nCreate and adapt work for additional mediums including print, OOH, and broadcast\nCollaborate closely with Account and Project Management teams to meet milestones and client needs\nExperiment with and integrate AI tools into concepting, design iterations, and production where they add value\nMentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of craft and knowledge-sharing\nRequirements\nYou are a designer first!
