We support their health and wellbeing and foster an inclusive and diverse culture, celebrating what makes us unique and enabling high performance.\n We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services business on a 12-month contract, taking ownership of marketing, brand and pursuits activity for a growing and dynamic national team.\nReporting to the Managing Director | Real Estate Management Services, this role will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen the profile of the business, support growth and showcase our expertise, people and capabilities to clients and the broader market.\nA key focus of the role will be owning and driving bids, tenders and submissions, partnering with business leaders to develop compelling, high-quality responses that clearly articulate our value proposition and differentiate our offering.\nYou will also play an important role in shaping and delivering the brand strategy for Real Estate Management Services, ensuring our positioning and messaging are consistent, relevant and aligned with broader business objectives.\nKey responsibilities will include:\nOwn the end-to-end development of bids, tenders, submissions and capability materials, working closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts. \nDevelop and execute the brand and marketing strategy for Real Estate Management Services. \nCreate marketing initiatives that build awareness of our services, expertise, people and client success stories. \nDevelop client-facing marketing collateral, presentations, case studies and other business development materials. \nManage marketing activity across digital channels including the Colliers website, social media and email communications. \nDrive internal communications and engagement to increase the visibility of Real Estate Management Services and support cross-business referrals and new opportunities. \nPartner with business leaders to identify opportunities to strengthen our market positioning and communicate our value proposition. \nProvide strategic direction and oversight of marketing activities supported by the administration and retail leasing teams.\n To succeed in this fast-paced role, you will bring:\nTertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline. \nProven experience in a Marketing Manager, Bids & Pursuits, or similar commercially focused marketing role. \nStrong experience developing bids, tenders, submissions, proposals or pitch materials. \nExperience developing and executing brand and marketing strategies. \nExceptional written communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear and compelling content. \nStrong stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with senior leaders. \nExcellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. \nInitiative, creativity and a continuous improvement mindset. \nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Word. \nAdobe Creative Suite and Canva experience is desirable.\n What’s in It for you?\nNamed Forbes World's Best Employers 2025 & TIME World's Best Companies 2025!\nWide range of benefits designed to support your career, wellbeing, and lifestyle.\nIndustry leading leave - including 26 weeks of parental leave, additional paid leave, volunteering, and loyalty leave.\nFormal career development & recognition programs.\nInnovative technology & tools to drive your productivity.\nWe foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
