We're delivering a significant pipeline of large trunk infrastructure including several water reservoirs, large trunk mains, and regional water and wastewater pump stations across South East Queensland.\nThis is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys managing projects, building client relationships, developing teams, and contributing to business growth.\nAbout the Role\nLead and oversee water and wastewater construction projects from delivery through to completion.\nAct as a key contact for clients, contractors, councils, and regulatory bodies.\nProvide expert guidance on construction administration, site inspections, quality assurance, and defect management.\nManage contracts, variations, contractor claims, and commercial negotiations.\nLead tender preparation, evaluation, and recommendations.\nDevelop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.\nMentor, coach, and support the growth of team members.\n We're looking for an experienced water and wastewater professional who brings:\nStrong technical knowledge and experience in water and wastewater infrastructure.\nDemonstrated project delivery and construction administration experience.\nExperience with AS 2124 / AS 4000 contracts and commercial negotiations.\nStrong client management, communication, and leadership skills.\nExperience with tenders, contract documentation, and construction oversight.\nA proactive approach to business development and team growth.\nRelevant professional qualifications, with RPEQ/CPEng experience for applicable responsibilities.\n At Colliers, we are enterprising.
