You will grow your project management skills by contributing to various projects from commercial buildings and fit-ups, social organizations, schools, water and wastewater and Indigenous communities.\nTake a positive approach to your work and enjoy learning and contributing new ideas and solutions. Build strong relationships with your teammates and project stakeholders, all while growing within your role!\nOur approach goes beyond the project to the people - who are the heart of it all.\nResponsibilities\nYou will be a communication link between the Project Manager, client and other stakeholders\nProvide project support to Project Managers by managing schedule updates, maintaining project controls, developing progress reports and preparing tender and contract documents\nEnsure project activities are conducted in accordance with Colliers Project Leaders’ Quality Management System\nAttend project meetings, documenting action items and key decisions to share with the team\nProvide relief support to other Assistant Project Managers or Project Managers, as required \nQualifications\nA university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management or an equivalent combination of education and experience\n1-3 years’ experience supporting the delivery of projects in areas such as construction, engineering or architecture\nPrevious experience can include summer work terms, co-operative education programs or internships\nAn overall general understanding of current construction practices\nCAPM, LEED or other relevant industry accreditation is considered a strong asset, but not required\nProficient communication, presentation and interpersonal skills\nSelf-motivation, initiative and an eagerness to learn and contribute\nHighly proficient in MS Project, MS Word and MS Excel\nExpected Compensation: $58,965 - $74,574 per year (CAD)\nThis compensation range represents our good-faith estimate at the time of posting, based on market benchmarks and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined considering the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications and regional consideration.
