Be part of the story that shapes the future and builds better places for people to live, meet, and connect.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver multiple projects for capital maintenance and renewal building systems varying in size and scope\nDevelop strong client relationships and act as the client’s single point of contact to achieve the client’s goals and objectives, focusing on asset renewal and maintenance\nLead clients through the set-up, initiation, execution, monitoring and reporting of their projects\nManage change, communicate, and coordinate between multiple stakeholders, resolve issues, and deliver projects on time and on budget\nWork with a diverse team to successfully deliver a program of capital project construction \nYou are seen as a valued and trusted team member and a subject matter expertise in contract management\nForecast a projects schedule based on information received. \nYour clients trust you and rely on your knowledge, skills, and expertise to achieve their business goals and objectives.\nServe as Account Manager to develop and enhance key strategic accounts within your sector\nQualifications\nA university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience.\n5 years’ experience in project coordination and management, representing owners to deliver capital and maintenance programs\nKnowledge on building standards and codes and building systems an asset\nPMP designation is a definite asset and will be supported to complete\nExperience building and nurturing long-term client relationships and working collaboratively\nExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills\nStrong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Projects)\nDon’t have every single qualification?
