You will be a key part of a vibrant close-knit, innovative team.\nYour key responsibilities include:\nAll aspects of design in structural engineering. Involvement in projects from technical design and documentation through to completion on site.\nPreparation of design sketches and details for drafting by technical staff and oversee the design development and documentation.\nUndertake site inspections, particularly in operating Department of Defence facilities\nPractice safety in project design and delivery, supported by quality checking and verification activities.\nBuilding and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\n To be successful in this role, you will have:\nRelevant industry experience in a consulting environment with 5-10 years’ experience.\nStrong communication and liaison abilities to engage with clients and other engineers.\nAbility to work accurately and efficiently within a busy client focused team.\nStrong practical understanding, proactive high-level thinking and high attention to detail.\nThe ideal candidate would be applying their experience to a diverse range of structural engineering projects, with the key focus on built form sector.\nBachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent is essential.
