You’ll work directly on major industrial transactions and gain first-hand experience in how opportunities are underwritten, positioned, marketed, negotiated and ultimately executed.\nFor someone with a strong valuation foundation who is looking to transition into capital markets and develop broader commercial, transaction and client-facing experience, this represents an excellent opportunity to take the next step in their career.\nThe scope of the role will include:\nFinancial and cash flow modelling for industrial assets and development sites, supporting submissions, pitches and information memorandums \nCoordinating comprehensive financial and technical due diligence throughout campaigns, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking \nResearching and analysing market activity, transactions, yields, rents and broader industrial market trends \nManaging and interpreting key sales, valuation and sector data to provide meaningful market intelligence \nContributing to campaign and marketing strategies for institutional, private and international clients \nPreparing high-quality client reports, presentations and transaction materials \nWorking directly with senior team members and clients throughout live campaigns \nContributing to pitches, new appointments and the development of the team’s opportunity pipeline \nBuilding relationships across the industrial property market and developing your own network over time \n We’re looking for someone who has already built strong foundations in commercial property and is ready for the next step.\nYou’ll ideally be a CPV-qualified Commercial Valuer or Senior Valuer looking to take your technical expertise into a faster-paced, more commercial and transaction-focused environment.\nYou’ll bring:\nCertified Practising Valuer (CPV) accreditation \nStrong commercial property valuation and financial modelling experience \nA solid understanding of the industrial property market and current trends \nStrong knowledge of leases, cash flows, yields and investment fundamentals \nAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nConfidence engaging with senior stakeholders and clients \nStrong attention to detail and the ability to deliver against key transaction milestones \nThe ambition to build a long-term career in Industrial Capital Markets \n We foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
