Manage and maintain web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker Studio to communicate insights to stakeholders. Evaluate user journeys across key student pathways, including admissions, financial aid, and academic programs, to identify barriers to task completion. Provide actionable recommendations to improve website usability, navigation, and content effectiveness. C
