The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing, strong financial controls, effective supplier and stakeholder management, and continuous improvement across P2P processes following the organization’s transformation journey.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoding and entering invoices\nProcess Banking payments\nProcess intercompany transfers\nDaily Cash Postings\nClearing intercompany Cash Transfers\nEntering payments in Supplier payment interfaces as necessary\nProcessing expense reports\nManaging delivery of remittances\nReconciling of Accounts Payable Ledgers\nReconciling of Bank Accounts\nQuery resolution\n\nKey Competencies\nExperience as an Accounts Payable or similar finance role\nDegree level, Finance, or related field will be an advantage\nAbility to multi-task, manage your time, and have strong attention to detail\nHigh volume deadline driven experience would be an advantage.\nKnowledge of accounting practices and procedures, as relates to accounts Payable including cash management, supplier ledgers and Fixed assets, Direct and Indirect cost, Capex related experience.\nReliable and results oriented, with ability to prioritize daily tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines\nStrong math and quantitative skills\nExcellent organizational and communication skills\nPersonal integrity and respect for confidentiality and ethical standards; experience working responsibly with confidential and sensitive information\nDemonstrated communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in speaking and writing; works well with internal and external “customers”\nComputer literacy; skilled using various accounting software\nExcellent use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics an advantage\nReward & Benefits: What's in it for me?\nWe want our people to feel recognised, supported and able to thrive both at work and beyond it.\nWe offer a competitive reward package designed to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing, alongside opportunities to learn, develop and be recognised for the contribution you make.
