This role functions as the P&C Business Partner for Brazil working closely with the regional and global P&C teams on global initiatives aligned to business strategy including performance management, recruitment and retention, culture-based initiatives, and employee growth and development.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic advisor to employees and leaders\nExecute people and culture agenda, ensuring alignment to the global and regional strategies and priorities.\nConsult and partner with P&C teams and individuals on a broad range of people-related topics, including employee relations, organizational design, culture, recruitment, and retention.\nDevelop, leverage and implement HR solutions to improve the utilization, performance, and retention of Collinson’s talent resources.\nEstablish and maintain relationships with team members to enhance communication flow within the broader regional and global team.\nWork closely with P&C leaders to identify, develop, and retain the right talent.\nDrive local market conditions while ensuring best practices from a global perspective.\nResponsible for all matters related to personnel department: payroll, vacations, 13th salary, hirings, terminations, time track, taxes, etc.\nEnsure consistent application of policies, practices, and strategies.\nResponsible for talent acquisition processes (sourcing, interviewing, orientation, and onboarding), ensuring excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.\nManage Payroll approval and issues management.\nResponsible for administering and managing employee Total Rewards Program.\nResponsible for internal communications and employee engagement activities.\nResponsible for supporting and developing local P&C team.\nResponsible for supporting employees with objectives and performance review processes.\nResponsible for creating local policies and adapting global ones to the local reality.\nResponsible for following the local legislation.\nSupport the managers, locally and globally, with all types of people matters.\nSupport the Finance team with the budgeting process.\nKnowledge, skills, and experience required\nCompleted bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related areas.\nAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and effectively to meet frequently changing business-driven timelines.\nStrong communication skills\nGreat relationship skills.\nResponsible and willing to learn.\nCommitment to deliverables.\nAttention to details and organized.\nFluent in English - verbal and written communication.\nCompetency at Microsoft Office.\nAbout us: Our story\nCollinson Group is a global leader in driving loyalty and engagement for many of the world’s largest companies.
