Job Description The Role A Project Manager in the Information Technology (IT) sector is responsible for planning, executing, communicating and closing projects within the given time frame and budget. This role requires a blend of technical know-how, managerial acumen and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional global teams and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, risk assessments and resource allocation. Identify project requirements and ensure all necessary resources are available for project execution. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to support project approvals. Follow workload planning processes to register a project. Lead project teams comprising EUC, Cloud and Infrastructure, and SecOps Engineers, as well as Network and Voice Engineers and other IT professionals.
