The successful candidate will help shape and evolve our Salesforce AI strategy by collaborating with technical and business teams to define, refine and implement impactful use cases for Salesforce AI agents and intelligent workflows.\nThe role is internally focused, supporting Collinson teams and operational processes, while ultimately enabling better outcomes for our clients and customers globally.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, configure and optimise Salesforce Agentforce solutions, AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation capabilities within the Salesforce platform.\nDevelop scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, APIs and platform technologies.\nContribute towards the development of AI-driven customer service and membership solutions leveraging Salesforce AI capabilities, Einstein, Agentforce and Data Cloud integrations.\nWork closely with key business stakeholders to identify, define, refine and prioritise AI and Agentforce use cases aligned with business objectives and operational needs.\nCollaborate closely with Data Cloud specialists, Salesforce Technical Solution Designers, Tech Leads, architects and other developers within the Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE).\nSupport the continued evolution of Salesforce AI capabilities by contributing to scalable, secure and maintainable solution designs aligned with Salesforce best practices, enterprise architecture standards, governance and AI frameworks.\nSupport integrations between Salesforce, Data Cloud, AI services and external platforms, ensuring data consistency, security and performance.\nDevelop and support testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality solution delivery.\nMonitor and optimise Salesforce platform and AI solution performance, ensuring operational reliability, scalability and efficiency.\nStay current with Salesforce AI, Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud and emerging AI technologies.\nContribute ideas and innovation opportunities that enhance customer and operational experiences.\nKnowledge, Skills and Behaviours\nEssential\n4+ years of experience in Salesforce development roles.\nStrong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs and Salesforce platform development.\nExperience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.\nKnowledge and experience in Salesforce Agentforce development and configuration, Salesforce AI capabilities, Einstein and intelligent automation solutions.\nUnderstanding of AI concepts, conversational AI, automation workflows and customer service technologies.\nExperience working collaboratively with business stakeholders to define and refine technical requirements and user cases.\nExperience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs and data-driven solutions.\nKnowledge of Salesforce security models, data governance and platform best practices.\nExperience with CI/CD tooling, source control, Salesforce DX and DevOps
