You will work alongside other Priority Pass+ squad designers to shape and deliver beautifully crafted, user-centred journeys within the Priority Pass+ mobile app. From discovery through to delivery, you will help create a world-class customer experience that meets user needs and supports business goals\nIn addition to driving end-to-end feature design and helping deliver our product roadmap, you will contribute to the development, adoption and evolution of our design system, helping ensure consistency, accessibility, and cross-platform usability. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams - product, tech, data, comms and research - and be comfortable influencing at both team and senior stakeholder level.\nThis is a hands-on role where design craft meets systems thinking, and where you’ll play a key part in creating seamless experiences for millions of global travellers.\nKey responsibilities\nLead customer-centric product design from early research through high-fidelity execution and design testing. \nApply design thinking and UX research to uncover insights, validate decisions, and improve the quality of customer experience. \nChampion a collaborative and iterative approach, working closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and researchers. \nPrototype and test rapidly, setting up your own user validation loops to refine solutions quickly. \nContribute to the design system: help define and evolve scalable UI components and design patterns used across products and teams and help drive adoption. \nMentor junior designers and contribute to the design culture through feedback, critique, and practice improvement. \nCollaborate with exec-level stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale and influencing product direction. \nMeasure the impact of your designs using both qualitative and quantitative data. \n\nWho you are\nA hands-on designer with a strong portfolio of end-to-end case studies across mobile and web platforms (with an emphasis on mobile) \nComfortable with product discovery, UX research, and data analysis to inform your design process. \nConfident in owning your roadmap, prioritising independently, and driving initiatives forward. \nPassionate about accessibility, usability, and inclusion in every detail of your work. \nA systematic thinker, able to contribute to the development of a shared design system at scale. \nHighly proficient in Figma, with strong expertise in UI craft, prototyping, motion, transitions and micro-interactions, alongside developer handoff workflows. \nAn excellent communicator, able to present to C-suite stakeholders and align cross-functional teams. \nExperience and Skills\n5-7+ years in Product/UX Design, preferably in consumer-facing environments. \nProven track record of rapid prototyping and running your own usability tests. \nExperience working across product, engineering, and data functions in Agile environments. \nStrong knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design standards. \nDemonstrable experience in contributing to design systems across large product ecosystems. \nComfortable working across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, responsive web). \nFamiliarity with tools like Miro, Jira, and Aha! is a plus. \nGood grasp of using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude \nWhy join Collinson\nAt Collinson, we craft smart experiences for a global customer base - especially frequent, high-value travellers.
