cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.\nCollaborate closely with Frontend, Mobile, Product, DevOps, and Data teams.\nImprove system performance, reliability, observability, and security.\nParticipate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.\nPromote engineering best practices, code quality, automated testing, and continuous improvement.\nRequirements\n5+ years of hands-on backend software development experience.\nStrong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.\nProven experience designing and building scalable REST APIs and backend services.\nSolid understanding of microservices and distributed systems architecture.\nStrong experience developing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.\nHands-on experience with Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and Application Insights.\nStrong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.\nExperience with event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.\nHands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.\nStrong understanding of software design principles, security, scalability, and performance optimization.\nExperience with automated testing and modern software engineering practices.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience with NestJS.\nFamiliarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or MSSQL.\nBackground in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services.\nExperience with Kubernetes (AKS).\nExperience developing high-volume, customer-facing
