shaping the technological future of our company.\nIn this position, you will lead architectural decisions across complex software systems, drive engineering excellence, and help build scalable, high-performance solutions that support our business growth.\nYou will work closely with engineering teams and technology leaders, combining strategic architectural thinking with hands-on development and a strong focus on innovation, modern technologies, and AI-driven engineering practices.\nThe ideal candidate is a highly technical leader with deep expertise across backend, frontend, cloud, and mobile application architectures, capable of driving end-to-end technology decisions while remaining actively involved in software development.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the architecture and technical design of customer-facing web and mobile applications.\nDefine scalable, secure, and maintainable frontend, mobile, and backend architectures.\nDrive architectural decisions across Frontend, Mobile, APIs, Backend services, and Azure cloud solutions.\nRemain hands-on, contributing to the design and development of critical system components.\nLead technical design reviews and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality.\nCollaborate closely with Product, DevOps, Security, Data, and Engineering teams.\nMentor engineers and technical leads on architecture, design patterns, and modern development approaches.\nDrive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and engineering productivity solutions.\nIdentify architectural risks, technical debt, and opportunities for modernization and continuous improvement.\nRequirements\nRequirements\n8+ years of software engineering experience, including experience in software architecture or technical leadership roles.\nStrong hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks.\nProven experience designing large-scale customer-facing mobile/web applications.\nExperience with mobile application architecture and development using native or cross-platform technologies.\nStrong backend architecture experience, including APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed systems.\nExperience designing and building cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.\nStrong understanding of software architecture principles, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.\nAbility to make end-to-end architectural decisions across frontend, mobile, backend, and cloud environments.\nExcellent coding skills with a hands-on approach to software development.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software delivery processes.\nExperience using AI-powered development tools to improve software engineering productivity.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nB.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\nAdvantages\nExperience in Fintech, Trading, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.\nExperience with React Native, Flutter, iOS, or Android platforms.\nExperience with Azure App Services,
