This role is responsible for ensuring efficient project execution, resource management, profitability, quality, safety, and client satisfaction across solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), transmission, and power-related projects.\nThe ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in renewable energy, power generation, engineering consultancy, inspection, testing, certification, or project management services, with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperational Management\nLead day-to-day operations and ensure successful delivery of renewable energy projects.\nDevelop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.\nEstablish operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.\nMonitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.\nProject Execution & Delivery\nOversee project planning, mobilization, execution, and completion.\nEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with client requirements.\nManage project risks, resources, schedules, and operational challenges.\nSupport project teams in resolving technical and commercial issues.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, project developers, utilities, EPC contractors, and regulatory authorities.\nEnsure a high level of client satisfaction and service excellence.\nParticipate in project reviews, strategic meetings, and business planning discussions.\nSupport business development efforts through technical and operational expertise.\nFinancial & Commercial Management\nManage operational budgets and resource planning.\nMonitor project profitability, utilization, and financial performance.\nIdentify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements.\nSupport contract review, project forecasting, and revenue planning.\nTeam Leadership\nLead, mentor, and develop project managers, engineers, inspectors, and technical specialists.\nDrive workforce planning, capability development, and succession planning.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nConduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.\nQuality, Health, Safety & Compliance\nEnsure full compliance with Company policies, ISO standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.\nPromote and maintain a strong Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) culture.\nOversee quality assurance and quality control processes.\nLead operational audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMBA, Master's Degree, or Project Management certification is an advantage.\nExperience\nMinimum 15 years of experience in renewable energy, power generation, engineering consultancy, inspection, testing, certification, or project management services.\nAt least 7 years of senior leadership experience managing large-scale operations and multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong experience in:Solar PV Projects\nWind Energy Projects\nBattery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)\nPower Generation and Transmission\nOwner's Engineering Services\nTechnical Advisory and Due Diligence Services\nInspection, Testing, and Certification Services\n\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong leadership and people management capabilities.\nExcellent project and operational management skills.\nAdvanced financial and commercial acumen.\nStrong stakeholder and client management skills.\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.\nStrategic mindset with strong decision-making skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Background\nExperience with international renewable energy developers, utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, or Independent Engineering firms.\nFamiliarity with Philippine renewable energy regulations and industry practices.\nBackground in solar farms, wind farms, substations, transmission lines, and energy transition projects.\nExperience within Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC), Owner's Engineering, or Technical Advisory organizations such as Bureau Veritas, DNV, UL Solutions, TÜV, SGS, or similar
