This role loads and unloads trucks, pulls and stages orders, operates forklifts, maintains inventory rotation, completes shipping and receiving documentation, and performs general housekeeping to ensure a safe and organized work environment. The Operator I works collaboratively with team members to support daily operations while maintaining product quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nComply with all safety regulations, best practices, and Company Policies.\nPull orders according to the bill of lading, product code, and lot number.\nComplete all necessary paperwork for shipping and receiving.\nLoad and unload trucks.\nRotate product when new product is received (first in, first out).\nSegregate drums and totes according to class and compatibility.\nOperate forklift according to OSHA rules and CCS standards.\nPerform general housekeeping.\nPerform other duties as assigned by management.\nEducation and Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.\n1+ year(s) of relevant work experience (e.g., production, loading, unit maintenance) in a chemical plant, manufacturing environment, or military is preferred.\nForklift experience is preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nMust be proficient in math, English language reading comprehension, and mechanical reasoning with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nMust have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as part of a team.\nTolerance for exposure to all weather conditions such as heat, cold, wind, and rain.\nMust be able to identify colors and have a sense of smell.\nMust have a valid driver’s license.\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.\nMust be able to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, and pull.\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.\nMust be able to safely climb stairs, ladders, and access equipment as required.\nMust be able to safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment.\nMust be able to perform repetitive movements associated with loading, unloading, and handling materials.\nMust be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain.\nMust be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for the duration of assigned tasks.\nMust have sufficient vision, hearing, and mobility to safely perform job duties and work around moving
