The role involves supporting production activities according to supply chain requirements, assisting with maintenance and improvement projects, troubleshooting operational issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to the training of technicians. The position requires a strong focus on EHS, quality standards, compliance with procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nResponsibilities \nEnsure operational safety, cleanliness, and good housekeeping within the production area, maintaining work routines in line with established KPIs and procedures.\nSupport Supply Systems activities across multiple functions, including technical operations, facilities, planning, quality and supply chain.\nLiaise with relevant departments to ensure adequate support for production and supply system activities.\nSupervise and coordinate personnel according to production and maintenance requirements.\nEnsure the readiness and reliability of facilities, equipment and systems to meet supply demands, including cleaning, maintenance and calibration activities.\nEnsure the availability of production work orders, labels, printed materials and other resources required for operations.\nEnsure the execution of batch processes and the completion of all required production records.\nManage quality-related documentation, including non-conformities (NCs), CAPAs, investigations and associated records.\nMaintain and support test methods required to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.\nMonitor and follow up on operational activities, ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines.\nIdentify, propose, and support improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, quality and safety.\nParticipate in the preparation of safety reports, accident investigations, communications, training activities, personnel development initiatives, and audits.\nSupport Supply system specialist on the planning of the training plan and implementation of the supply systems areas.\nParticipate in cross-functional meetings where Supply Systems input, support or representation is required.\nSupport all project management related to facility and Supply Systems, such as, quality assurance, documentation update, project tracking, stockholders management.\nSafety\nReview and fulfil any regulatory or EHS documentation needed for the daily work.\nSupervise safe execution of activities performed by suppliers and ensure proper work permits are completed, approved, executed, closed, and archived.\nEnforcing work safety, and Coloplast values.\nPerforming their job in compliance with the guidelines given\nDrawing attention to inefficiency of the systems\n\nEssential Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree with scientific background: Chemical, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical or another relevant field \nExperience in at least some of the following areasWater treatments systems such as purified water, ultrafiltered water and softener systems\nChemical storages in ATEX zones\nMixing plant of production of chemicals.\n\nStrong Teamwork abilities and communication skills\nBe able to share knowledge into other team members\nOriented to customer service and proactive\nEnglish level: B2 or above.\n\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n\nProblem-solving\nEquipment maintenance knowledge\nAbility to supervise technical and production teams\nFamiliarity with quality and health and safety standards\nGood organizational and time-management skills\nKnowledge of MS Office\n\nPursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.
