In this frontline role, you'll support consumers, B2B customers, healthcare professionals, and distributors, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and care.\nAs a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll play an important role in processing orders, resolving enquiries, coordinating deliveries, and helping customers achieve the best possible outcomes.\nAbout the role:\nDeliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and SMS.\n\nProcess customer orders, payments, and account enquiries accurately and efficiently.\n\nInvestigate and resolve customer enquiries, providing timely updates and solutions.\n\nCoordinate with Operations, Logistics, and freight partners to support order fulfilment, deliveries, returns, and tracking.\n\nMaintain accurate customer records and complete administrative and reporting tasks.\n\nManage enquiries through shared email systems and support order investigations.\n\nAssist with website enquiries and product fault investigations.\n\nIdentify opportunities to connect customers with relevant sales team members where appropriate.\n\nTo succeed:\nWe're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
