Then you might be our new Finance Controller!\nWe are awaiting your application in English\nWhat will you do?\nOversee day to day financial operations as well as the development and implementation of effective and efficient Finance and administration policies and procedures throughout the organization.\nOversee and manage transaction accounting for the subsidiary by working closely with our Shared Service Centre in Poland & external Certified Accountant to secure accurate reporting.\nPrepare in depth analysis of the performance and serve as a sparring partner for the local management teams supporting strategic decision making.\nBe accountable and responsible for the preparation and management of external and internal financial reporting, summaries, local accounting practices, and foster a “no surprises” culture.\nBe part of the Business Support Team that is responsible for support in all financial matters enabling business performance.\nBe responsible for ensuring compliance with all corporate financial guidelines and policies.\nSupport relationships with local banking institutions, legal advisors, public institutions, corporate insurance providers, external auditors and other local partners.\nAnalyse new laws, regulations and trends together with externalized Certified Accountant to identify potential impact on company goals and objectives.\nTravel to Madrid every two months for the business meetings (2-3 days).\nPersonal characteristics:\nStrong business acumen\nExcellent analytical skills \nQuick learner, intellectual capacity with a high degree of common sense, resourcefulness, and flexibility \nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate/collaborate convincingly \nAbility to adapt to changes and manage pressure effectively\nAbility to establish immediate credibility and relationships at all levels, inside and outside the organization\nTeam player with a strong service orientation\nComfortable in a “hands on” environment\nMust be able to successfully lead multiple projects and manage deadlines\nStrong belief in alignment with Coloplast Vision, Mission and Values\nEducation and Experience:\nMinimum 2 years of experience in roles within the Finance Controlling area in Sales or Production environment\nUniversity degree/Business School degree\nProcess improvement capabilities\nExcellent knowledge of English and Portuguese\nProficiency in Excel\nExperience with Power BI would be an advantage\nSpanish is preferred but not essential\nApply?\nPlease!
