At Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin we support colleagues worldwide, ensuring fast restoration of IT services and protecting business continuity. Our work combines high-quality remote support with local on-site assistance (PitStop), and close cooperation across our Digital, Data & IT area.\n\nAbout the job\nAs a (Junior) IT Supporter, you'll support Coloplast employees worldwide, solving a broad range of IT issues and taking ownership from first contact through to resolution. You'll contribute to service improvements, develop expertise in dedicated knowledge areas, and actively participate in DD&IT initiatives. Working with both global and local colleagues, you'll provide remote support to users across the organization as well as on-site assistance in our Szczecin office, making sure issues are resolved efficiently, escalations are high-quality, and services keep running smoothly.\nYour responsibilities:\n\nProvide IT support to Coloplast employees worldwide via phone, e-mail, and request forms\nTroubleshoot complex issues related to computers, mobile devices, printing, IT systems, user accounts, and access management\nResolve incidents and requests independently, including complex cases with extended permissions \nEnsure all calls and emails are logged accurately within the ticketing system\nContribute to DD&IT initiatives such as testing, transitions, go-lives, and hypercare activities\nEscalate more complex cases to the relevant DD&IT teams with clear, complete information\nProvide on-site IT support to colleagues in our Szczecin office as part of the PitStop rotation\nSupport continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, keeping documentation up to date, and identifying improvement areas\nRequirements:\nExperience in IT support/ service desk, preferably in an international environment\nVery good English (spoken and written) \nSolid knowledge about IT systems in general (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory)\nGood understanding of computer hardware and workplace IT technologies\nNetwork basics (VPN, Wi-Fi, connectivity troubleshooting) \nAvailability to work in a 2-shift model (08:00-16:00 and 14:00/15:00-22:00/23:00) Monday-Friday\nNice to have:\nExperience with automation or scripting (e.g. PowerShell, AutoHotkey) \nBasic knowledge of ITIL\nCompetencies:\nAbility to explain technical aspects to non-technical users in a simple and clear way\nStrong organizational skills with a structured and systematic approach to work\nAbility to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures in a global environment\nProactive and improvement-oriented mindset\nJoin us and make a real impact on 17,000+ colleagues worldwide, while growing through international projects, solid onboarding, and a team that's got your back!\nWe offer:\nEmployment contract, with 3 month probationary period\nHybrid and onsite work from our office in Szczecin\nShift working hours: 08:00-16:00 CET and 14/15:00-22/23:00 CET (based on monthly watch plan)\nInternational work environment with Scandinavian culture\nOpportunity to use and develop foreign languages in daily work\nFantastic work atmosphere full of respect and partnership\nInternal training available in CPBC Academy\nGreat company events\nSports card\nPrivate medical care\nRestaurant card\nHoliday bonus and occasional cards\nThat's not all!
