Your laboratory work and attention to detail will contribute directly to ensuring high-quality products for people with intimate healthcare needs,” says Lotte Stoklund, Team Manager, QA Lifecycle Laboratory.\nJoin a skilled and collaborative laboratory team\nAt our Coloplast Mørdrup site, you will join the Quality Assurance Lifecycle Laboratory. The team consists of 10 laboratory technicians and 2 test method specialists who work closely together to support ongoing production, process development, quality investigations, and test method activities.\nYou will become part of an engaged and supportive team with a strong team spirit and a valuable mix of practical laboratory experience and specialist knowledge. In our daily work, we collaborate closely with colleagues across Quality Assurance, Research and Development, and Operations, and we value curiosity, flexibility, and a continuous improvement mindset.\nLaboratory work across the product lifecycle\nAs a Laboratory Technician, you will perform laboratory testing and ensure that results and documentation meet applicable quality requirements. Your tasks will vary depending on production needs, development activities, investigations, and project priorities.\nYour primary responsibilities will include:\nPlanning and performing laboratory tests according to approved procedures, instructions, and test methods\nDocumenting test activities and results accurately and in accordance with quality requirements\nReviewing and evaluating test results, including basic statistical analysis and interpretation of data\nSupporting ongoing production with laboratory testing\nContributing to investigations related to unexpected or non-conforming test results\nSupporting test verification and transfer activities\nParticipating in equipment-related activities, including maintenance, calibration, qualification, and troubleshooting\nWriting, reviewing, and updating laboratory procedures, test methods, and work instructions\nSupporting change control, corrective and preventive actions, and audit activities\nParticipating in daily stand-up meetings and contributing to task prioritization and workflow\nEnsuring that laboratory activities are carried out in compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements\nContributing to continuous improvement of laboratory processes, workflows, and ways of working\nYou can expect a role with both routine and non-routine laboratory activities.
