Responsibilities include conducting and managing projects, corresponding with key stakeholders, scheduling meetings, maintaining data, creating and distributing reports. Additional responsibilities include liaising with the sales team and other managers to organize educational and training events. The Operations Associate also manages budgets and contracts.\nThe MedEd Operations Associate works primarily in the corporate office with some travel and reports to the Clinical Education Manager. This is a full-time role working in the Medical Affairs department. This role would be perfect for a recent graduate.\nMajor Areas of Accountability\nFacilitate educational events for physicians and training events\nRun performance reports after training and educational events\nBook venues, create invitation cards for events, collect sign-in sheets from events\nAssemble and review presentations, reports and documents\nAssist with report creation for leadership meetings\nRecord, type and distribute meeting minutes\nRead and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine significance and plan distribution\nTrack costs to ensure adherence to department budgets\nSubmit payment requests and follow up on timely payments\nEnter and maintain data\nPerform general administrative duties, such as sorting incoming correspondence and ordering supplies\nKerecis employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies.\nOther job duties as assigned\nBasic Qualifications\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree\n3+ years of relevant experience\nStrong organizational skills reflecting on ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks\nExcellent business communication skills, verbal and written\nStrong interpersonal skills\nHigh level of discretion pertaining to confidential information\nAttention to detail\nAbility to turn data into graphs\nFluency in Microsoft Office Suite\nFluent in English with excellent writing skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Medical Affairs preferred\nExperience interacting with medical doctors preferred\n\nThis job description is intended to set forth the core functions required for this position and describe the general nature of the work to be performed.
