You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our roll-out plan as the quality of raw materials and close supplier collaboration is a key component and the gate keeper for sending materials to production, at our new site. Furthermore, the quality of our production starts with the incoming materials, which we verify and ensure the quality of our raw materials and therefore for our users.\nAn unexhausted list of what You will Do:\nSupport and promote the quality culture for the whole site\n\nLead, execute and document quality activities on site in connection with suppliers\n\nBe the approver of documentation related to raw materials and products on site\n\nManage the complaint handling processes with suppliers\n\nSupport production - Partner towards production for changes, troubleshooting, deviations and improvement activities\n\nEnsure and facilitate/execute failure analysis and corrective/preventive action in connection with deviations\n\nReview and support improvements of specifications\n\nParticipation in root cause analysis regarding raw materials and suppliers\n\nCommunicate with the production, supply chain and the suppliers\n\nBe the first line of communication for suppliers for the site\n\nYour Qualifications:\nAcademic background: A relevant academic background (B.Sc. or higher).\n\nExperience:\n\nMinimum 2 years as a Supplier Quality Engineer or similar within a production environment, preferably Medical device production\n\nSolid understanding within the field of Quality in relation to production i.e. GDP and GMP etc. (Quality Assurance experience is a plus)\n\nKnowledge of certificates, documentation from quality point of view, contracts, QC, SCAR, CAPA, etc.\n\nProject knowledge and experience\n\nProduction knowledge - Value chain understanding\n\nBusiness understanding: Holistic understanding of End-To-End production\n\nLanguage Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages are a plus).\n\nTiming:\nWorkplace will be Felgueiras in Portugal\n\nThe workplace will in Felgueiras, Portugal at our site and introductions/trainings at our other sites in Hungary and Denmark.
