Curiosity works here!\nAbout the department:\nThe AP team is mainly responsible for processing, booking Coloplast's liabilities, creation and updating of vendor master data, vendors invoice verification and handling invoice queries.\nCome to join our ambitious and curious team! We are looking for smart and talented accountant to join our team supporting over 40 offices worldwide.\nAbout the role:\nVerifying, processing and booking the cost invoices issued by suppliers\nCommunication with third parties in case of invoice questions or discrepancies and resolving it\nReconciliation of vendor statements and approval of changes\nMonth-end closing activities including general ledger reconciliations\nYear-end closing activities including general ledger reconciliations\nFollowing up on overdue accounts\nPreparation, approval and update of work instruction\nReporting of financial data\nRepresenting CPBC in front of auditors\nPrepare and deliver internal trainings\nSupport for Coloplast employees regarding financial data\nProviding trainings to colleagues\nDelivering proposals and implementing daily process improvements\nQualifications:\nMinimum bachelor’s degree in finance, Accountancy, Business Management or similar\nMinimum 2 years of experience in AP or GL department\nGood knowledge of English\nGood command of Excel - talent to adjust unstructured information into clear, concise written summaries and reports\nDetail-oriented\nTeam-player\nSens of accountability\nEngagement and effective communication\nOpenness to changes and imrpovements\nWe offer:\n3-month probation period\nHybrid and onsite work from our office in Szczecin\nFlexible working hours\nInternational work environment with Scandinavian culture\nOpportunity to use and develop foreign languages in daily work\nFantastic work atmosphere full of respect and partnership \nInternal trainings available in CPBC Academy\nThat's not all!
