Develop integrated marketing & communication strategy aligned with corporate and local business priorities. Oversee online digital communications and offline brand events including industry exhibitions and company/MKT annual events. Partner with global teams to translate global brand framework into local campaigns, build corporate reputation and support business growth.\nEssential Duties / Responsibilities\n1. Strategy & Insight\nConduct market and stakeholder insights analysis. Develop PR & Marcom strategy and annual roadmap, aligning with corporate and marketing strategy. Track campaign KPIs and continuously optimize strategy and content.\n2. PR & Corporate Branding\nManage media relations, thought leadership communications and crisis communication readiness. Draft press releases, leadership articles and official statements to safeguard corporate brand reputation.\n3. Online Social Media and digital communications\nOwn social media strategy and content operation across digital channels. Lead content planning, production and publishing to engage target audiences and improve brand influence.\n4. Offline Events & Campaigns\nLead end-to-end planning and execution of offline marketing activities: industry exhibitions, brand forums and company annual events. Manage vendor, budget, on-site delivery and post-event review.\n5. Global & Cross-functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with global Corporate Communications team to localize global campaigns. Partner with internal stakeholders to align key messages and support business priorities. Own annual PR & Marcom plan and budget management.\n6. Team Leadership\nLead and develop the PR & Marcom team covering PR, social media and offline event delivery. Set team objectives and drive project delivery.\nAuthorities (non-exhaustive list)\nOwn China PR & Marcom strategy, annual plan and budget proposal\nApprove external PR statements, brand content, social posts and event plans\nSelect and manage external agencies (PR, creative, event)\nMobilize cross-functional resources for brand and communication campaigns\nJob Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or above\n5-8 years PR / Marketing Communications experience, preferably in global medical device / healthcare industry\nProven experience in building communication &strategic thinking, leading PR, social media and large offline events (exhibition, company annual event)\nSolid media relations and crisis communication capability\nFluent written and spoken English for global stakeholder communication\nCompetencies\nStrategic thinking and business acumen, able to translate corporate strategy into communication plans\nInsight-driven, familiar with China media and social media ecosystem\nStrong team leadership, cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management\nHealthcare industry knowledge, meticulous and passionate about brand building\nSkills\nExcellent storytelling, copywriting and presentation skills\nStrong stakeholder and interpersonal management\nQuick learning and business insight capability\nEnd-to-end project, budget and vendor management\nPursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.
