A good part of our time, we spend working with our factories in Hungary, Costa Rica, and soon Portugal.\n“As we are each dedicated to different projects, discussing what we’ve learned with each other is very important to us. And we’ll be there to make sure you get to ease into the position,” says Daniel.\nEnsure that supply chain is covered in every project\nAs part of the Coloplast global supply chain, you will find yourself in the middle of a web of stakeholders working towards launching new Chronic Care and Wound Care products. Here, you will be dedicated to specific projects, acting as supply chain lead or subject matter expert, representing the voice of supply chain and making sure supply chain is on track for launch.\nSpecifically, you will be the subject matter expert from supply chain, staying up to date on project progression. Moreover, you will plan the launch and make sure that systems, manufacturing, stock levels, etc. are ready for launch. And when you meet a bump in the road, you will figure out solutions with the project team.\nFrom early project development until post-launch, you will:\nInfluence project decisions and direction early, to avoid supply chain risks\nDrive the supply chain plan with manufacturing sites, balancing project deliverables and commercial considerations to launch on time\nProduce launch scenarios in collaboration with other departments and ensure alignment with the rest of the organization\nCoordinate activities at our production sites and flag supply chain risks\nMake sure systems, such as planning, base data and distribution, are ready for launch\nFollow up on delivery performance of newly launched items after launch\nYour work may take you traveling roughly 2 weeks per year, primarily to our factory in Hungary. However, you will have a say on how the trips are planned, so they will fit with the rest of your life.\nSupply chain knowledge and stakeholder management skills\nIn this role, you must be able to work cross-functionally, using your good stakeholder management skills to incorporate a wide range of input from across the business.
