Working closely with nurses, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers. You will build strong customer partnerships, provide product education, and identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes through Coloplast’s market-leading solutions.\nYour responsibilities\nDrive sales growth and achieve territory targets across the Ostomy Care and Continence Care portfolios.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, key opinion leaders, and healthcare stakeholders.\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities while expanding the existing accounts and market share.\nExecute territory call plans and sales activities using CRM and sales excellence tools.\nMaintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs across your territory.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives and provide valuable market insights.\nTo be successful\nMinimum 3 years’ successful sales experience, ideally within medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry.\nStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage customers.\nCommercially minded with the ability to combine clinical knowledge and customer insights to drive business outcomes.\nExperience applying structured sales methodologies, processes, and CRM tools.\nExcellent territory planning, organisational, and time management skills.\nHighly motivated, resilient, customer-focused, and aligned with Coloplast’s Mission, Vision, and Values\n\nOur core business values are:\nCloseness…. to better understand\nPassion…. to make a difference\nRespect & Responsibility…. to guide us\nIf you feel you have what we are looking for and share our values, then we would love to hear from you!\nPursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.
