Reporting to the Head of DevOps, Security & IT, this individual will design, automate, secure, and operate our corporate technology environment across cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, endpoint platforms, enterprise SaaS, networking, and core IT services.\nThis is a hybrid role with Monday-Wednesday being onsite at our office in South San Francisco.\nHow You'll Contribute:\nGrow and support our on-premises compute, security, and telecommunications infrastructure (phones, conference rooms, video conferencing, audiovisual, security cameras)\n\nSupport our internal network infrastructure at our South San Francisco office, including WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS, and DHCP\n\nProvide identity and authentication support for employees, external collaborators, and contractors using platforms like Okta and Google Workspace, and AWS IAM\n\nAssist with lab workspace build outs\n\nSupport existing cloud platforms (including AWS, GCP, JIRA, Slack, Salesforce)\n\nSupport both MacOS and Windows platforms.\n\nSupport Color MDM infrastructure (Iru)\n\nMaintain and improve MDM onboarding and offboarding workflows.\n\nHelp build and support cross-functional ticketing system\n\nLeverage AI technologies to automate IT workflows, streamline troubleshooting, and optimize resource efficiency across internal operations.\n\nResearch new technologies; provide suggestions for changes and improvements that reduce cost and/or increase productivity and efficiency\n\nPartner with Security Engineering and Compliance teams to improve our internal information security and operational security practices including asset tracking and device monitoring\n\nOur Ideal Candidate Will Have:\n3+ years of experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code using Terraform\n\nExtensive knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques to support day to day operations of a hybrid on-premises/cloud network.\n\nIdentity and access management experience (IAM)\n\nExperience producing thorough documentation, runbooks and SOPs\n\nA demonstrated track record of successfully communicating technical terms and concepts to a broad range of audiences - technical, non-technical, internal and external stakeholders\n\nExperience working in a remote/distributed team environment\n\nHelpful Though Not Required\nJamf Certifications (200 Level or higher)\n\nNetwork certification(s)\n\nIAM/Okta certification(s)\n\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary\n\nComprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits\n\n401k match\n\nMonthly phone and wifi stipend for employees, annual ergonomic stipend\n\nGenerous vacation policy, paid holidays and company-wide recharge days\n\nEqual paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents\n\nFree cancer screening and prevention resources for employees and their adult dependents\n\nBase Salary Range: $150,000-175,000/year\nThe actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need.
