They will support USAEC business practices and management tasks including implementing the SharePoint site, records/document management, audit processes, budget tracking, and other duties. This position is located at Fort Sam Houston, TX.\nFull consideration date is 20 October 2026, 11:59 PM (MT).\nEssential Job Duties:\nDesigns, develops, and maintains SharePoint and Power Platform solutions that automate workflows, enhance data accessibility, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.\nAnalyzes business requirements, resolves technical issues, and produces accurate documentation while applying best practices to ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable enterprise solutions.\nServes as a technical expert in areas relevant to the project. Must be capable of demonstrating experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions and in the application of information technology.\nProduces and reviews technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical area.\nRecommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or service, and suggests changes to increase efficiency.\nConditions of Employment:\nPre-employment Criminal Background Check (required for new hires).\nValid driver’s license or the ability to obtain a driver’s license by the employment start date.\nThe successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. by proposed start date; the department will not provide visa sponsorship for this position.\nMust be able to comply with all applicable regulations to obtain a Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC) and public trust clearance; required at a minimum to complete a NACI/SF85 and successfully pass a federal background check.\nMust hold or be able to obtain Secret Clearance.\nSupervision:\nDoes not supervise.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nB.S. in Computer Science or related degree or four (4) years of applicable experience. \nAt least three (3) years of experience solving technical problems (or managing the solution of technical problems) within the last five (5) years.\nDemonstrated experience conducting analysis and developing solutions and in the application of information technology.\nDemonstrated experience producing and reviewing technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical area. \nDemonstrated experience providing solutions for operations and ensuring compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures.\nDemonstrated experience providing recommendations for resolution of technical problems.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMasters in Computer Science or a related degree.\nExperience with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and/or other data visualization programs.\nExperience with Army365 or similar cloud-based environments.\nSalary Range\n75000-105000Required Application Documents\nTo apply, please upload the following applicant documents.
