The employee will use their experience in building and managing infrastructure in various scales. The Platform Engineer is an analytical individual who will take ownership of major components of our internal infrastructure ensuring they operate resiliently and in a high available setup, continually seeking opportunities for improvement.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain our infrastructure\n\nMaintain and develop the core video generation component that is responsible for delivering video using AI\n\nCollaborate with research team to integrate cutting-edge AI technology in our product\n\nParticipate in architectural decisions that impact the future directions of our infrastructure\n\nDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of our business, products, and customer needs and improve our architecture accordingly\n\nStay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices\n\nQualifications\n4+ years of experience as a Cloud / DevOps / Platform Engineer or in a related position\n\nProficient in at least one popular programming language (Go and Python preferred)\n\nKnowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and services (primarily EKS, IAM, S3)\n\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes\n\nExperience with GitOps practices (Flux)\n\nExperience in maintaining CICD pipelines (Github Actions)\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams\n\nAt Colossyan, we believe that diversity drives innovation and inclusion fosters a sense of belonging.
