You can be a game-changer at Colovore. \nRole Overview\nThe Business Systems Architect supports the architecture, integration, and development of the company’s core business systems, with a primary focus on ServiceNow, along with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise applications. This role ensures systems integrate effectively, workflows are automated, and solutions are scalable and aligned with business needs.\nThis is a 12 month contract.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Systems Architecture\nDefine architecture and integration standards for core business applications.\nEstablish system ownership, data flows, integration points, and sources of truth.\nEnsure ServiceNow, ERP, CRM, HRIS, and related platforms work together effectively.\nEvaluate solutions based on scalability, security, integration, and business requirements.\n2. ServiceNow Development & Workflow Automation\nConfigure and develop ServiceNow workflows, forms, integrations, and automation.\nSupport ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, EAM, CMDB, and related capabilities.\nTranslate business and operational processes into standardized workflows.\nReduce manual approvals, duplicate entry, handoffs, and offline tracking.\nMaintain ServiceNow development standards, documentation, and release controls.\n3. ERP & Business Systems Delivery\nSupport ERP and other business system implementations, integrations, testing, and data migration.\nPartner with Finance, HR, Commercial, Operations, and IT teams to define requirements.\nSupport system enhancements, configurations, integrations, and issue resolution.\nCoordinate with vendors and implementation partners on technical deliverables.\nEnsure solutions meet business, technical, security, and integration requirements.\n4. Governance & User Enablement\nEstablish system governance, access controls, change management, and support processes.\nMaintain application roadmaps, documentation, and integration inventories.\nSupport user adoption of standardized systems and workflows.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce shadow systems.\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems architecture, implementation, and integration.\nHands-on experience developing and administering ServiceNow, including workflow automation, integrations, and platform configuration.\nExperience supporting ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise systems in complex environments.\nStrong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data architecture, and workflow automation.\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.\nAbility to work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Operations, Commercial, and IT stakeholders.\nExperience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and technical consultants.\nStrong documentation, governance, and change management experience.\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nWhat Success Looks Like (12-Month Contract)\nEstablishes a clear architecture and integration framework across ServiceNow, ERP, CRM, HRIS, and related business applications.\nDelivers prioritized ServiceNow workflows and automations that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.\nImproves data consistency and system alignment by defining ownership, integration points, and sources of truth across business platforms.\nSuccessfully supports ERP and enterprise application initiatives, including integrations, testing, and implementation activities.\nCreates and maintains application documentation, support processes, governance standards, and integration inventories.\nIdentifies and eliminates process inefficiencies, duplicate systems, and manual workarounds.\nEnables business stakeholders to adopt standardized workflows and leverage system capabilities more effectively.\nProvides a stable, scalable foundation for future business systems growth and operational maturity.\nThis is a 12 month contract.\nWhy You’ll Love Working at Colovore\nAt Colovore, we believe great work happens when people feel supported, trusted, and empowered.
