You can be a game-changer at Colovore. \nRole Overview \nThe Scheduler, Project Controls is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules across Colovore's data center development portfolio. Working closely with Development, Design, Construction, Procurement, and external partners, this role ensures accurate schedule forecasting, identifies risks to project milestones, and provides actionable reporting to support informed decision-making. \nThis position plays a key role in establishing scheduling standards and improving project controls processes as Colovore continues to scale. \nKey Responsibilities \nDevelop, maintain, and update detailed integrated project schedules for multiple data center development projects. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to collect schedule updates and validate project progress. \nAnalyze schedule performance, identify critical path activities, and communicate schedule risks and mitigation strategies. \nProduce schedule reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates highlighting project status, milestones, and forecasted completion dates. \nEvaluate schedule impacts resulting from design changes, procurement delays, permitting activities, or construction issues. \nSupport project planning, sequencing, and resource forecasting throughout the project lifecycle. \nEnsure schedules align with project budgets, key milestones, and contractual obligations. \nParticipate in project review meetings and provide schedule analysis to support strategic decision-making. \nDevelop and maintain scheduling standards, templates, and best practices across the Project Controls function. \nAssist with continuous improvement initiatives related to project controls, reporting, and project delivery. \nRequired Experience \nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. \n5+ years of scheduling or project controls experience supporting large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. \nExperience developing and managing detailed project schedules for industrial construction projects using Primavera P6. \nStrong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles. \nExperience coordinating schedules across multiple stakeholders and project teams. \nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools. \nKnowledge of earned value management (EVM) and project controls methodologies. \nPreferred Experience \nExperience supporting mission-critical facilities or data centers. \nFamiliarity with construction management platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools. \nPMP, PMI-SP, PSP, or other project controls certifications. \nWhat Success Looks Like \nSuccessful candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced project environments.
