Zo draag je bij aan de verdere optimalisatie en vernieuwing van onze vleesproductie.\nWat doe je als Business Engineer Production?\n\nJe analyseert productieprocessen en werkt oplossingen uit om machines, productielijnen en werkwijzen efficiënter, ergonomischer en toekomstbestendig te maken.\nJe verzamelt en analyseert data uit verschillende bronnen en vertaalt deze inzichten naar concrete verbetervoorstellen voor productie- en investeringsprojecten. \nJe gaat actief de werkvloer op, observeert processen en gaat in gesprek met operatoren en andere collega’s om de werking, uitdagingen en opportuniteiten echt te begrijpen. \nJe werkt businesscases, haalbaarheidsstudies en kostenanalyses uit voor investerings- en verbeterprojecten. \nJe begeleidt projecten van idee tot opstart en werkt daarbij nauw samen met productie, techniek, aankoop en leveranciers. \nJe ondersteunt bij de selectie en implementatie van nieuwe machines, processen en technologieën. \nJe brengt stakeholders samen, geeft advies en bewaakt timing, budget en scope. \nJe werkt mee aan uiteenlopende projecten, van optimalisaties van bestaande productielijnen tot de ontwikkeling van volledig nieuwe productieomgevingen.\nKortom, een functie waarin je technische en bedrijfsmatige vraagstukken omzet in concrete oplossingen en waarin je de impact van jouw projecten rechtstreeks terugziet op de
