Based out of Colten House, Ringwood BH24 3FE.\nAbout the Role\nAs an L&D Business Partner, you’ll work closely with care home managers, staff, and a regional Learning and Development Advisor to identify development needs, deliver engaging training solutions, and evaluate their impact. You’ll lead on L&D projects, create tailored learning resources, including e-learning, and champion a positive culture of continuous improvement. Your role will involve regular home visits, hands-on coaching, and collaborative work with internal and external partners to ensure training is relevant, accessible, and effective.\nYou’ll be a key contact for homes in your region, supporting them to meet compliance standards, grow their teams, and apply learning in real-time. Your influence will help drive both personal growth and organisational excellence.\nAbout You\nYou are a confident communicator, skilled in building strong relationships at all levels. With experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, training delivery, learning needs analysis, and coaching, you bring both strategic thinking and hands-on capability. You’re passionate about staff development, knowledgeable in adult learning principles, and comfortable delivering both in-person and virtual sessions.\nYou’re flexible, approachable, and committed to quality outcomes.
