This is a varied role where you'll be involved in everything from deliveries and stock control to loading, picking and packing.\nThe Role\nLoading and unloading deliveries\n\nPicking, packing and preparing items for distribution\n\nOperating a forklift and other machinery once trained\n\nCompleting deliveries when required\n\nCarrying our regular stock checks\n\nMaintaining a clean, organised and secure warehouse and yard\n\nFollowing all Health & Safety procedures\n\nSupporting with other duties as required\n\nAbout you\nYou'll have experience working in a warehouse and yard environment, along with delivery driving experience.\nYou'll need:\nA full, clean UK driving licence\n\nA practical, reliable and positive approach\n\nThe ability to work under pressure in a physically demanding role\n\nGood health and safety awareness\n\nThe ability to work independently and use your own initiative\n\nForklift experience is desirable, but training will be provided\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive rates of pay and weekly pay\n\nTraining and on-the-job support\n\nFriendly teams and a great support network\n\nOvertime oppourtunties\n\nContributary pension scheme\n\nAbout Colten Care\nWe’re an award-winning, family-owned, independent care home group, with an outstanding reputation in the industry.
