Provides input and support to any remediation or adjustments that will improve operational quality.\n\nActs as back up to personal banking team to open new accounts, receive loan requests and gather credit-related information.\n\nMaintains responsibility for cash drawer and follows proper balancing procedures.\n\nMonitors sales and service goals.\n\nRoutinely and consistently provides guidance and training to branch team.\n\nMay supervise other associates on day-to-day activities, and act in the Branch Manager capacity when required.\n\n About You:\nHigh School Diploma or GED, required.\n\n2 years of retail banking experience required.\n\n1 year of sales experience preferred.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of consumer and business products and services.\n\nDemonstrated proficiency in consumer and business lending.\n\nAbility to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations.\n\nProficient in expanding the client relationship with emphasis on creating new relationships and expanding existing relationships utilizing a personal and business bio and rapport with customers.\n\nThis position requires you to act as a Bank MLO, which is defined as an individual authorized by the Bank to take mortgage loan applications, offer a mortgage, arrange a mortgage, assist a consumer in obtaining or applying to obtain a mortgage, negotiate a mortgage, otherwise obtain or make a mortgage for another person, represent to the public (through advertising or other means of communication) that such person can or will perform any of these activities, or refer a consumer to a loan originator (Note: Except those employees of the Bank who do not discuss particular credit terms available and do not refer the consumer, based on the employee’s assessment of the consumer’s financial characteristics to a particular Bank MLO) for compensation or gain.
