ABOUT THE POSITION

The Product Line Management Specialist II supports the development and execution of seasonal product strategies for Men's Performance Apparel. This role partners closely with Senior Product Line Managers, Design, Development, Merchandising, Planning, and Regional teams to build consumer-focused assortments that meet business objectives and strengthen brand equity.

The Product Line Management Specialist II plays a key role in seasonal line planning, product creation, Go-to-Market readiness, and product lifecycle management. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions while managing seasonal deliverables.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Support the development and execution of seasonal line plans aligned to category strategies, consumer needs, and business objectives.
  • Partner with Design and Product Creation teams to help identify product opportunities and bring compelling product concepts to market.
  • Create and manage product briefs, line plans, and assortment tools that clearly communicate product objectives and seasonal priorities.
  • Support assortment management by maintaining line architecture tools, product segmentation, pricing information, and seasonal product data.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities throughout the product creation process to ensure milestones and deliverables remain on track.
  • Support seasonal Go-to-Market activities, including presentations, sell-in tools, product knowledge materials, and keylook reviews.
  • Maintain accuracy across PLM systems, line plans, presentations, pricing, colorways, and product attributes.
  • Manage sample tracking, product updates, seasonal communication, and operational workflows to support efficient product creation.
  • Contribute ideas to improve team processes, tools, communication, and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships across Design, Development, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and regional teams to ensure alignment throughout the season.

YOU HAVE

Product Line Management Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Line Management, Merchandising, Product Creation, Buying, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting seasonal product assortments and product creation processes.

Product & Business Acumen

  • Understanding of marketplace trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics.
  • Familiarity with wholesale, DTC, and eCommerce business models preferred.

Product Lifecycle Knowledge

  • Understanding of the product creation process from concept through commercialization.
  • Experience creating product briefs, assortment tools, line plans, or seasonal presentations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Proven ability to work effectively with Design, Development, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and regional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to keep teams informed and aligned.

Analytical & Operational Excellence

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and product management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large amounts of product information with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail across product information, pricing, colorways, naming, and presentations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to navigate changing priorities and timelines.
