Provide high level of client service for all products and services, to include fielding client requests, via phone, email and other communication channels; subject matter expert for Deposit and Treasury Management products.\nResponsible for acting as Commercial Banking's primary customer contact for the servicing of all clients; receives guidance from Sr. CCS Representative to approach complex issues.\nResponsible for responding to a variety of banking questions and providing guidance with account implementation, funds transfer/stop payment requests and transaction posting problems and error resolution.\nResponsible for communication with Relationship Managers, provide updates of client matters, make recommendations and ensure that issues needing immediate attention are resolved in a timely manner.\nAnswer incoming calls from Treasury Management customers and internal staff delivering exceptional service that exceeds the caller’s expectations. Handle calls with professionalism, demonstrating a sense of ownership, with a goal of one call resolution achieving established service standards.\nRespond to a wide range of deposit and Treasury Management client questions and resolve issues timely and effectively; escalates more complex issues to Sr. CCS Representative when needed.\nDemonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.\nFollows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.\nMaintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.\nMay be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.\nActively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Columbia corporate culture in all actions and words.\nTakes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate.\nEmbraces our vision to become \"Business Bank of Choice.\"\nMay perform other duties as assigned.\n About You:\nH.S. Diploma/GED (preferred)\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field (preferred)\n2-4 years - banking experience, treasury management product experience, new accounts, lending loan processing or documentation and customer service (Required)\nDemonstrated knowledge of bank payment systems, account operations, banking services and exposure to complex business entities.\nProficient knowledge of Commercial banking products and services, operations and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.\nPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with professionals at all levels of business.\nKnowledge of general business acumen and practices related to analysis, accounting and financial procedures including market and interest rate impact.\nDemonstrate strong customer service, interpersonal and organization skills with ability to multi-task, handle complex issues and use good judgement in decision making.\nStrong technical skills including Windows Office Suite, spreadsheets and industry specific software.\nTravel Requirements\nOccasional\nThe pay range for this role is $20.35 - 30.00.\nThe pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
