Experience supporting financial services, lending, or banking platforms, particularly nCino, is highly valued. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that drive business value.\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy nCino and Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Screen Flows, and Visualforce where applicable.\n\nBuild and maintain custom business functionality using Apex, SOQL, asynchronous processing, and Salesforce platform capabilities.\n\nDevelop and support Experience Cloud solutions, including customer, partner, and community portals.\n\nDevelop and support Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, middleware platforms, Platform Events, and established integration patterns.\n\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to refine requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.\n\nSupport CI/CD deployment activities, release management, and production support processes.\n\nProvide ongoing technical support and enhancement of existing nCino and Salesforce applications and integrations.\n\nPerform data migration, data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation activities across Salesforce and integrated systems.\n\nParticipate in solution design discussions, technical reviews, and architecture discussions.\n\nContribute to development standards, coding best practices, documentation, and platform governance.\n\nMeet project commitments and deliverables on time while managing multiple priorities effectively.\n\nDeliver feature-level solutions with minimal oversight and contribute to larger initiatives as part of a cross-functional team.\n\nCollaborate with and support junior developers through knowledge sharing and peer reviews.\n\nDemonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.\n\nFollows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.\n\nMaintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.\n\nMay be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.\n\nActively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Columbia corporate culture in all actions and words.\n\nTakes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate.\n\nEmbraces our vision to become “Business Bank of Choice”\n\nMay perform other duties as assigned.\n\nAbout You:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n4-7 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.\n\nSalesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other advanced Salesforce certifications preferred.\n\nStrong experience developing solutions using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Screen Flows, and Salesforce platform development best practices.\n\nExperience building and supporting Experience Cloud solutions, including customer, partner, or community portals.\n\nExperience implementing Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, middleware platforms, Platform Events, and modern integration patterns.\n\nExperience with data migration, data mapping, ETL processes, data transformation, and data quality initiatives.\n\nStrong working knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits, and platform architecture.\n\nExperience with source control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Copado, AutoRABIT, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.\n\nExperience with nCino development, configuration, and implementation strongly preferred.\n\nExperience with Financial Services Cloud, commercial lending, banking, credit, or other financial-services environments strongly preferred.\n\nExperience with MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or other enterprise integration platforms preferred.\n\nExperience working with asynchronous processing, Platform Events, and enterprise integration patterns.\n\nExperience working in regulated industries with strong governance, security, and compliance requirements preferred.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\n\nThe pay range for this role is $75,000.00 - $150,000.00.\nThe pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
