direct, and co-ordinate hot rolling process improvements linked to TCS system to affect quality, efficiency and availability.\n\nInvestigates all control system failures and associated deviations to implement corrective and preventive actions.\n\nMaintain and develop: Heat Transfer systems, Rolling modelling (Level 2) , Level 1 thickness, flatness and strip cooling, Expert system for continuous process parameter optimization of the heating and rolling processes (including Fuzzy Logic).\n\nConstantly co-ordinate process deviations and correct substandard process conditions\n\nRequirements\nQualification:\nMinimum qualification required is a B.Eng (Electrical or Electrical or Mechanical) or Computer Science/computer related\nExperience:\n3-5 years manufacturing process control, development and automation.\nKey Competencies/Skills\nExperience in engineering software development (C, C++, C#, Visual Basic)\nKnowledge of Level 2 type first principle models' for heating and rolling technology\nKnowledge of control systems and instrumentation is advantageous\nEmployee will be required to work weekly standby-Rotational
