Come build with us!\nThe opportunity\nPayment Operations is a critical pillar of delivering a best-in-class banking experience for our customers. As a core member of this growing team, you’ll help scale Column’s payment operations function-from developing robust internal processes to providing white-glove support for payment-related customer requests. You’ll be directly responsible for investigating and resolving issues across ACH, wires, checks, international payments, Real Time Payments “RTP”, and FedNow, while partnering with internal teams and other financial institutions to ensure timely and accurate resolution.\nThis is a high-impact, cross-functional role with the opportunity to influence how we build a modern operations function from the ground up.
