We are a bank and a software company built from the ground up, offering builders and developers technology-forward banking solutions that cut out the hundreds of vendors, middleware providers, and abstraction layers. This means a safer, more transparent, and less costly banking supply chain. Come build with us!\nThe opportunity:\nWe’re a lean and experienced team. We like our current team size of 11 engineers but are open to adding 1-2 more strong engineers to the team this year.\nYou'll work across the stack, from customer-facing applications and developer experiences to the APIs and systems that power them. You'll partner closely with customers to understand their needs, move quickly from idea to implementation, and build solutions that make complex financial infrastructure feel simple.\nThis role is perfect for an engineer who enjoys owning problems end to end - talking to customers, shaping product decisions, and building polished, reliable software that solves real-world problems. You'll have the opportunity to influence what we build, how customers interact with Column, and the technical direction of a platform processing billions of dollars per day.\nThis position will be based in our San Francisco office in the Presidio, with regular travel throughout the United Sates.
