The role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and strengthen regional presence as part of a global team.\n\nSenior Sales Engineer\n(Based in DubaiUnited Arab Emirates)\n\nYour Role:Reporting to the Business Head in UAE you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing key accounts and driving revenue growth in the UAE. You will represent high-quality technical solutions aimed at various industrial sectors one of them being Oil and Gas working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. This is an individual contributor role with no team to manage success will come from disciplined prospecting strong field activity product demonstrations and converting opportunities into approvals and orders.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nBuild pipeline from scratch: identify prospects open new accounts drive product approvals and close orders personally.\n\nDevelop opportunities with companies supporting major Oil &Gas operators EPCs and service providers as well as marine yards and industrial service workshops.\n\nIdentify and pursue project opportunities linked to applications such as high-pressure systems hose assemblies/kits safety reels industrial safety solutions and related engineered products.\n\nSpend most working days in the field customer visits to workshops yards job sites and service companies.\n\nCarry samples/demo kits as required; conduct product demonstrations and engage directly with technicians and end users.\n\nOperate with structured territory planning and aim for 45 quality customer/prospect meetings per day.\n\nProvide technical consultation and solution selling support to customers.\n\nRun technical presentations/training sessions to build application understanding and trust.\n\nCoordinate closely with internal teams to ensure responsive follow-up quotations documentation and customer satisfaction.\n\nMaintain full CRM adoption for lead management pipeline tracking forecasting and account mapping.\n\nTrack competitor activity and market trends to strengthen positioning and prioritisation.\n\nRequirementsEngineering qualification (Diploma/Bachelors) with 48 years of technical sales.\n\nBD experience in the UAE or Middle East ideally in industrial products/solutions sold into O&G marine yards EPCs industrial service companies or relevant channels.\n\nStrong evidence of hunter performance: opening new accounts developing project-based business and delivering growth.\n\nGood working knowledge of hydraulics / pneumatics hoses and connecting components (or closely related industrial product categories).\n\nAble to interpret technical drawings/specifications and translate them into customer solutions.\n\nComfortable with a lean setup and high ownership - execution-first field-oriented not title-driven.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills across both site-level and decision-maker audiences.\n\nGood communication skills in English.\n\nWilling to travel within UAE frequently.\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset strong communication and negotiation skills.\n\nBenefitsJoin a globally established organization with ambitious growth plans in the region.\n\nBe part of a collaborative and agile work environment.\n\nCompetitive compensation package.\n\nIf youre a motivated and strategic sales professional ready for a fresh challenge we invite you to apply with your CV.
