The rewards are doing work that actual matters, with direct impact on your users.\nWhat this looks like in practice:\nTravel onsite and iterate on core product directly with the user\n\nShip full features - don’t think in terms of BE vs FE - to the core product\n\nTake bets by prototyping out product, validating with users, and then merging into core product if those bets pay off\n\nCollaborate deeply with product management, design, and engineering team to communicate field signal\n\nWho We're Looking For\nMust-have:\n2+ years of experience in full stack SWE roles. Former technical founders are also encouraged to apply\n\nEU citizenship (contractual requirement tied to our defense contracts)\n\nDeep user empathy: you don't just think about your portion of the stack, you can decompose the full user experience and build something that works end to end\n\nAbility to travel frequently (25% of the time) to client sites in France, the UK, and active deployment locations\n\nHigh agency and the ability to navigate ambiguity/chaos\n\nNice to have:\nPrior experience in defense, government, or dual-use tech environments\n\nComputer vision or geospatial background\n\nExperience with French sovereign cloud or equivalent constrained environments\n\nPrior FDE, solutions engineering, or field engineering experience at a deployment-heavy company\n\nWhat's In It For You\nCompetitive package (top 0.1% of compensation in Europe: base + equity)\n\nParis-based with field travel to active deployment areas\n\nThe Process\nTalent screening : 30 min, online.
