Keys to providing superior support will be through effective and efficient problem solving, training, installation assistance, commissioning, and validating ComAp provided controls. We strive to support our customers to deliver best in class products, services and continued support.\n Responsibilities\nDevelop and retain an in-depth functional knowledge for the entire ComAp product portfolio\nInterface with customers to comprehend their technical requirements\nAssist with the product specification, installation, commissioning, and training for ComAp controls to meet customer requirements\nConduct in-house and on-site training for new and existing customers\nReview wiring diagrams and schematics - CAD experience a plus\nProvide a high level of technical development support though on-site and remote (telephone and e-mail) communications\nCollaborate with the Sales team to prepare project charters, engineering trip reports, change requests and other reports as necessary\nEnsure customer satisfaction through the design, specification, installation, operation, and support of ComAp products in accordance with the requirements of the customer and company strategy.\nCommunicate with cross functional teams to ensure successful and timely completion of customer requirements\nDevelop application and technical service documentation\nAssist in design and development of new and existing products\nMust be able to travel 50% of the time\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree\nMechanical or Electrical Engineering related Application Engineering experience\n3+ Years of experience\n What we offer:\nCompetitive salary plus a performance-based bonus\nParticipate in exciting projects with global and regional character\nEnjoy flexibility as one of our company's values -
