Be able to execute and follow the HOLD SOP.\nControls further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.\nEmployee follows all Food Fraud/food Defense Policies while on company property.\nThorough understanding of all Company policies, including GMP’s and safety policies, HACCP & SQF.\nSafety and Cleanliness\nAdhere to safety policies. \nMaintain a clean and safe work area and report any unsafe conditions to supervisor.\nWear company issued personal protective equipment (PPE) such as uniforms, gloves, hairnets.\nWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:\n“A Comar employee who will represent the customer and be the consumer’s advocate”\nAre You?\nA High School or Vo-Tech School graduate or equivalent. \nProficient in basic computer use - able to quickly learn and efficiently use new systems.\nReliable with good attendance record. \nSafely operate and use standard shop equipment.\nPreferred:\nKnowledge of and/or previous experience in a manufacturing environment. \nCertification: Technical certification in maintenance or working towards mechanic, electrical, or other equipment related discipline.\nDo You?\nStrong mechanical aptitude.\nProficient in math skills (imperial & metric), as well as measurement and use of measurement tools.\nAbility to read and follow verbal and written instructions.\nStrong problem-solving ability. \nTime-management - organized with ability to adapt to changing situations.\nWork independently and in a team environment and take direction from others.\nAbility to communicate clearly and work well with all levels in the organization. \nEffectively communicate with supervisor.\nThe ability to read, write, and comprehend information provided.\nDo you Enjoy Physical Work where you will?\nStand for most of the work shift.\nUse hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, crouch, bend, twist, and only occasionally sit. \nLift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
