One of our Core Values is “Work Together, Win Together.” Come work and win with us today!\nWhat you will do:\nOrganize, plan, and deliver Capital Infrastructure Projects.\nPlan and schedule project goals, milestones and deliverables.\nDefine requirements and plans the project life cycle deployment.\nDefine resources for project and the program implementation schedule.\nDevelop Capital Project Request (CPR) Authorization for Expenditure (AFE).\nIdentify and solve project issues effectively.\nDevelop RFP (Requests for Proposals) for external services.\nDesign and maintain project and technical documentation.\nDocument project status reports and provide timely information to all stakeholders.\nUndertake project strategy creation for contingency planning and risk mitigation.\nOperations and Product Design support.\nDevelop Engineering solutions to technical problems.\nProvide production diagnostics support, troubleshooting, identifying root cause and corrective actions for problems outside the normal production operating window. \nImplement projects to improve safety, efficiency and reduce cost.\nDrive continued process improvements, utilizing functional teams as needed.\nFollow Good Plant Engineering Theory & Practices to methodically and safely address shortcomings in plant systems.\nLead inter-department interaction with Operations, Engineering, and Vendors in the resolution of issues. Communicate through reports, action registers, data analysis type tools with team and stake holders.\nChampion COMAR’s process improvement culture (TPI-Three) technology. \nOrganize, plan and deliver fully integrated automation solutions.\nProvide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues.\nImplement projects to improve efficiency and reduce cost\nSupport operations to identify root cause and corrective actions for problems outside the normal production operating window\nStandardize automation equipment, infrastructure and processes for the plants.\nEnsuring equipment and systems meet all applicable safety, regulatory and environmental requirements.\nProvide education and training to key stakeholders in the plant.\nMaintenance System Process Improvements.\nPartner with plant maintenance leaders to drive process improvement throughout company.\nHelp drive standardized equipment, tooling and plant preventative maintenance programs, utilizing best practices across organization.\nSupport plants in ensuring equipment and systems meet all applicable safety, regulatory and environmental requirements.\nWho we’re looking for:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Packaging Technology, Engineering or related field. \n4 years process engineering or technical manufacturing experience in the plastics industry.\n4 years Project Management experience. \nPreferred:\nExperience in a manufacturing facility using Injection Molding.\nGreen or Black Belt (Lean Six Sigma) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. \nExperience using CAD design software, SolidWorks and Auto Cad.\nDo you have?\nSolid Understanding of Statistical Process Controls (SPC) and Statistical Quality Controls (SQC) and techniques.\nStrong understanding of plastic processing equipment and plastic materials, including injection molding, injection blow molding, and extrusion molding using polyethylene, polypropylene, PET, polystyrene, and all other thermoplastics and engineering resins.\nUnderstanding of mold and tooling design related to plastic processing. \nStrong computer skills (Microsoft office suite, database administration, ERP), proficient in creating and managing pivot tables in EXCEL and ability to become user proficient in IQMS. \nKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills with managing various technical resources.\nLeadership qualities to define requirements for project risks.\nOrganizational, presentation and customer service skills.\nAbility to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, including communication of complex projects in straightforward terms.\nReady to take the next step in your career?
