This role is responsible for leading daily production activities, supporting employee performance, maintaining a strong safety culture, and driving continuous improvement throughout the operation.\nIf you are an experienced manufacturing professional looking for an opportunity to grow your leadership skills and make an impact, we want to hear from you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and coordinate daily production activities during the assigned shift.\nEnsure employees follow all safety procedures, company policies, and equipment operating requirements.\nPromote a positive safety culture and address or report unsafe conditions.\nOversee production activities to ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.\nEnsure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nMonitor workflow and allocate resources to support production goals.\nIdentify and recommend opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.\nSupport cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDevelop and lead a high-performing team by setting clear expectations and monitoring individual and team performance.\nTrain, coach, and develop employees to support operational and professional growth.\nAssist with interviewing, hiring, training, performance management, employee recognition, corrective action, and resolving workplace concerns.\nPartner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to support overall plant performance.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nOne-year certificate from a college or technical school preferred.\n1-2 years of related manufacturing, production, or supervisory experience and/or training.\nPrevious experience leading employees in a manufacturing environment preferred.\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.\nSkills & Qualifications\nAbility to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\nAbility to prepare routine reports and correspondence.\nAbility to communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and other departments.\nBasic mathematical skills, including calculating rates, ratios, percentages, fractions, and decimals.\nAbility to understand and follow written, verbal, diagram-based, and schedule-based instructions.\nWork Environment\nThis position regularly works in a manufacturing environment and may involve:\nExposure to light industrial fumes or airborne particles in a climate-controlled environment.\nFrequent exposure to moving mechanical equipment.\nWorking in areas where noise levels may be loud.\nRegular standing, walking, and movement throughout the production area.\nReady for Your Next Opportunity?\nIf you are ready to lead a team, drive results, and grow your career in manufacturing, apply today!\nThe entry point salary for this role is $65,000 annually.
